* Represent Shell in the Dutch national Excise and Customs Duty working groups
* File for Excise Tax and Customs Duty refunds
* Apply for and advise on required Excise Duty and Customs Duty approvals/licenses necessary to operate the Businesses and Functions
* Make Businesses and Functions aware of Excise Tax and Customs Duty issues with high risk to avoid tax claims and penalties
* Manage and Provide Excise Tax and Customs Duty training for the Businesses/Functions
